How long should I go before I change my oil again?

At Integrity Automotive, we use top quality synthetic blend oil for most standard oil changes that will need to be changed every 5,000 miles.  However, you may be able to go between 5,000-10,000 miles depending on how new your car is and if your car requires a full synthetic oil change.  During an oil change service at Integrity Automotive, we perform the following on your vehicle:

-Top off all accessible fluids

-Check for any maintenance due

-Inspect Hoses and perform a safety inspection

-Inspect tire tread/wear and check air pressure

-Change oil filter

-Top off any needed oil and check air pressure in between oil changes free of charge

How long does a repair typically take?

It really depends on what’s wrong with your vehicle. Your best bet is to get your car scheduled for an inspection. After we have an idea of what’s going on, we can give you an accurate idea of how to handle the problem. We strive ourselves in having your car finished the same day it came in to the shop for your ease and convenience.

Do you require an appointment or take walk-in appointments?

We do our best to be available to our customers at all times. However, we do prefer that you make an appointment with us, and we do put priority on appointments before walk-ins. Sometimes we are able to work in smaller services (like changing oil, wiper blade replacements, etc.) and get you out in the same hour, but it’s dependent on that day’s business.

Your best bet is to always give us a call before you come over to get your car taken care of so we can check the schedule and see how we can best be available to you. If your car requires a more demanding service, and you do not have the time in your schedule, we can work with your schedule to get the repairs done. Sometimes customers come in and have a diagnostic performed while scheduling the repairs for another day that they are more available time-wise.  We will always do our best to work with you and make your service with us as convenient as possible. Can I wait while you work on my car?

Waiting appointments depend on your availability, our schedule, and overall your preference. We do our best to meet the needs of our customers at all times. However, some services take longer than others so we try to be more convenient to you by scheduling your appointment at a time where you will be able to leave the car with us and allow us that extra time to take great care. If you need to wait on a service, please call ahead and make an appointment so we can work out the details together.

Can I get a phone quote for repairs?

We are happy to provide you with an estimate on repair services. However, we cannot advise you with an accurate idea of what the costs will be due to the fact that we haven’t had a chance to take a look at your vehicle’s problem. It’s common for customers to suspect one thing is wrong with their car when really it could be something else completely. We want to be able to provide you with accurate estimates and solutions for your vehicle, and the only way to do that is to take a good look at the problem. The best way to get your cost estimates for repair would be to schedule an inspection with us and then receive an estimate afterwards.
